about

So, here Cul de Sac are performing at a festival they performed at once before back in 1999 for Terrastock 2. This show takes place at the Pell Chafee Performance Center in Providence, Rhode Island on Saturday, April 22nd, 2006. This a late career show and includes a number of tracks from their soundtrack to the movie Faust, which have never been released before now.

This show also includes a full band version of the song "Richard Nixon Orchard" that Glenn Jones would release on his solo album "Against Which The Sea Continually Beats" in 2007.

This show was originally recorded for FM broadcast, so we have a wonderful soundboard recording.

"It’s interesting how much space we give each other — possibly the effect of working on the music to Faust. I don’t feel like anyone is hogging the limelight." - Glenn Jones
