about

From the album "What's Your Function: A Tribute to Franco Battiato", originally released in 2004.

"We were invited to contribute to a Battiato tribute album in 2004. We went through several of his early albums and chose two tracks we liked by him, "Fenomenologia" along with "Energia" and combined them. To make it faithful to the original we even abandoned our “instrumental principles” and had Jonathan provide vocals, in Italian, which went over great when we toured Italy in 2007". - Glenn Jones

"Franco Battiato is a Latin Ziggy hovering above planet Earth waiting for his moment... A truly visionary artist striking chest-beatingly uplifting possibilities in all but the most cynical of us" - Julian Cope

Unavailable for years, we're happy it can be available again.
